We are getting excited!

On Mothers Day we sat down and talked about some of the specifics for the reunion. We are getting so excited. We have chosen "The Barnes Family Olympics" as a theme to go by and have so many fun activities planned for everyone. Basket Ball tornaments, Hula Hoop and Jump rope, to even silly Bubble Gum and Marshmallo games. Humanitarian Aid projects will be there so we can help the less fortunate through service. We are planning to have rock painting for younger kids as well. Skits will be planned at the reunion with teams formed there also. Our real goal for this reunion is to get close to each other by interacting with everyone and strengthening old family ties. WE ARE SO EXCITED!! And hope you are planning to attend!

Introduction to the website

We have taken advantage of technology and created this website so that we could communicate, update, and announce important changes within the family. We will take the opportunity to make the first post and announce the Family Reunion for 2009. This years reunion will be held at the Snydermill Lodge near Park City, the Dates are August 27th - 29th. we hope to see all and enjoy everyones company. If you have a blog already created and would like to have link added to this blog, or if you would like to have post with your family or any other pictures added please send them to Jennifer Spicer at jenspicer@comcast.net and she will make sure that they get on the site.
